Irish Coffee cocktail

Hot coffee, Irish whiskey, brown sugar, and a cool cream float. A dessert and a nightcap.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Irish whiskey
  • 4 oz Hot strong coffee
  • 2 tsp Brown sugar
  • float Lightly whipped cream

How to make it

  1. Warm a glass mug with hot water, then dump it
  2. Add coffee and sugar, stir to dissolve
  3. Add the whiskey
  4. Float lightly whipped cream on top by pouring over a spoon
