Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Whisky
• 4 oz Chilled soda water
• to fill Clear ice
• 1 strip Lemon peel (optional)

How to make it

1. Pack a tall glass with clear ice
2. Add whisky, then slowly pour in chilled soda
3. Stir exactly once — precision is the point
